Turmeric Ground - 2 oz.

Turmeric is ground from the dried root of the Curcuma Longa plant. It has a high Curcumin content at around 5%. Used to create the yellow of curries it is also a key ingredient in garam masala. I love it in a simple butter sauce on steamed broccoli or roast brussels sprouts.
