Ceylon Cinnamon is created from the bark of one of the Cinnamon Verum tree form Sri Lanka but grown in other regions now. This variety of cinnamon is most common in European and Mexican cooking and has a milder, sweeter taste than Cassia type cinnamon's typically found in US Markets. We love it.
