    What forms of payment do you accept?


    FlavorPantry accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express


    How much does shipping cost?


    Shipping is $10 Flat Rate per Order.


    Do you charge sales tax?


    No, we are based in California and sales tax is not required on the herbs, spices, blends, and rubs we sell.

    Are my payments secure?


    Yep! We use HTTPS with SSL via Stripe or Paypal (your choice at checkout) for secure payments.

    How long will it take to ship my order?


    We ship twice weekly. Tuesday and Saturday.


    How long does it take after my order has shipped to receive it?

    West coast states take 1-2 business days, mid-west states 2-3 business days, mid-east 3-4 business days and east coast states take 4-5 business days.


    Do you ship internationally?


    No.  Currently we only serve customers in the continental U.S. Please contact us for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. 


    Returns and Damaged Merchandise


    Your purchase may be returned for a full refund minus shipping fees within 10 days of receipt for any reason as long as packaging is unopened. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping fees cannot be refunded.


    If your package arrives damaged please contact us immediately for further instructions.
